Charming stay with a lovely host!

Had a wonderful 1-night stay in a cozy room with comfy beds. Kim is super nice and has great tips for food nearby. The breakfast was on point, really hit the spot. Fun chatting with her, and the place has such a nice antique vibe. Just a few stairs to climb, though, which can be a bit much.

    beautiful home
    warm hospitality
    missing sign
    difficult navigation
    challenging entrance

The beautiful home had an appealing old-fashioned decor, complemented by plush furniture and a cozy fireplace. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring creative dishes and fresh organic fruits. The peaceful surroundings and warm hospitality made for a delightful experience, although finding the turn-off at night was challenging due to a missing sign.

    generous breakfasts
    historic charm
    comfortable accommodations
    tiny bathroom

We loved the lovely breakfasts and beautiful surroundings of this charming place. The stay was relaxing, allowing our family and two teenagers to unwind and enjoy the historic setting. Plus, we appreciated the mini-split AC, which made our nights comfortable as we explored nearby attractions.

My kids wished the bathroom was larger and had more amenities. A family-friendly change would be to add more storage options for toiletries and larger towels.

The breakfasts were a highlight of our stay, featuring delicious local organic cheeses that we thoroughly enjoyed. The old-fashioned decor and cozy ambiance truly made the experience feel special. However, the room did need some attention, especially the stained upholstery on the chairs and the cracked bath mat. Overall, the charm of the place and the friendly host contributed positively to our visit.

enjoy nature trails and explore vibrant local art galleries

I loved the charm of stepping back in time with beautifully decorated rooms and the convenience of being just a short drive away from scenic nature trails and captivating art galleries, making my weekend explorations truly enjoyable. As a solo traveler, the cozy atmosphere and the warm fireplace added a lovely touch to my stay. But the bathroom cleanliness could have been better.
